A study in smoke

A quick study in smoke. I'm thinking of continuing to do art in only soot. It stands out and it represents the subject matter I want to focus on in the best way

Oil study

Quick study in oil. I feel I don't practice enough yet I still buy all these painting supplies. I need to put them to use. My goal is try and paint one at least every other day.
